I would urge you to consider to make an important choice for 2016.

That is to be professional in your sports betting. Don't do it when you feel like it, don't follow a service but not stick to the advised stakes, don't miss days betting when it only takes a few minutes to open an email and place your bets.

I decided a few months back to follow two tipsters for an example of how to make money from sports betting.

I decided to set up another account with Betfair and use a percentage of my bank which would grow in the long term. I started with £200 and using £2 stakes per point.

I started on the 7th October, below are the P/L figures to date.

7th October - 7th November £0.35
8th November - 7th December £269.14
8th December - 21st December -£89.00

Over all Profit of £180.49

This is starting from just a bank of £200. Current bank £380.49 after 5% Betfair commission. I will also say that this is after the two tipsters I have been following have made a loss over all in December to date! This example shows that using a betting bank can be profitable in the long term if you are following two tipsters that make profits in the long term.

I shall continue this example running in the back ground during 2016, and will let you know how we are getting on during the year.
